Instructions for DYPA Beneficiaries (Social Tourism)
To serve you better and avoid delays, please follow the instructions below
when issuing your ferry tickets through the DYPA Social Tourism
programme.
Ticket issuance
Beneficiaries should arrive at our company's ticket offices at the port at least 45 minutes before
the ship's departure to issue their tickets.
Upon arrival, it is essential that they have with them:
- A police ID card or other official identification document.
- The DYPA Social Tourism programme voucher.
Passenger ticket reservations
Reservations made under the DYPA Social Tourism programme are
mandatorily round-trip (departure and return).
The issuance and reservation of passenger tickets using a voucher code is carried out exclusively at
our company's ticket offices at the port and with the physical presence of the beneficiary.
Vehicle reservations (private cars)
Beneficiaries who wish to travel with a private vehicle can also make their vehicle reservation
online. To complete the process, the driver's voucher
code must be entered in the corresponding fields of the booking form.
Please note that DYPA does not subsidise the transport of private vehicles. The online booking option
is provided to facilitate beneficiaries, as well as to allow them to take advantage of any
online offers or discount promotions that may be available from our company at the
time of booking.
Important Notes
- The Social Tourism – Ferry Travel Voucher can be used only in conjunction
with the Accommodation Voucher for Tourist Accommodation, up until 18/06/2027. - Social Tourism tickets cannot be cancelled. However, they can be converted into open-date
tickets, provided that the new travel date is not later
than the programme's expiry date. - Please be reminded that the Ferry Travel Voucher is used exclusively in combination with the
Accommodation Voucher. During DYPA inspections, any detected use of a ferry voucher without
corresponding accommodation may result in penalties under the programme's terms. For
