How do I book my ticket?

Ε-Ticket Changes
Changes can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability.
- Ticket changes are free of charge.
- If the discount applied to the original ticket is no longer valid, the corresponding fare difference may apply.
- Each booking can be changed only once.

Ticket Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so easily through our website or by contacting our Customer Service Department. The refund amount depends on how long before departure the cancellation is made:
- 100% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before departure.
- 75% refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before departure.
- 50% refund for cancellations made up to 3 days before departure.
- No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or in the event of a passenger no-show.

Open Ticket
If you are unsure of your travel date, you may convert your ticket to an Open Ticket up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Open Tickets:
- may be issued only once;
- are valid for 6 months from the original ticket's issue date;
- can only be used for the same route and are subject to seat availability;
- require the new travel date to be declared at least 1 day before the intended departure;
- are non-refundable once converted to an Open Ticket.
